Revenue Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Management & Strategy:

  Develop and implement pricing and yield strategies to maximize revenue across all rooms and distribution channels.

• Forecasting & Analysis:

  Conduct daily pick-up analyses, create rolling demand calendars, and provide weekly and monthly dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.

• Market Research & Competitor Benchmarking:

  Perform competitive benchmarking, monitor market trends, and analyze sales data, booking patterns, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities.

• Data Integrity & Systems Management:

  Ensure accurate data input and quality across revenue management systems, validate system configurations, and maintain updated, functional web processes.

• Distribution Channel Management:

  Oversee inventory management across all distribution channels, including managing and auditing relationships with third-party platforms (OTAs).

• Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and summaries for senior management, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like occupancy rates and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).

• Collaboration:

  Work in liaison with and support the sales, marketing, and reservations departments to align promotional strategies with revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong data analysis skills to interpret performance data, forecast trends, and inform strategic decisions.

• Revenue Management Tools:

  Experience with various revenue management systems, online channel management tools, and hotel system setups.

• Market Knowledge:

  Deep understanding of the hospitality market, competitor strategies, and local market trends in Mumbai.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  Ability to work effectively with different departments and communicate performance insights clearly.

• Data-Driven Approach:

  A focus on using data and insights to make informed adjustments to strategies and drive profitability.

• Resident of nearby location, who can travel to Vashi daily.
