As the RCM Manager at Synergy Health 360, you will oversee the revenue cycle management processes to ensure efficient claims processing, minimize denials, and optimize cash flow. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of billing specialists to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions for wound care and specialty services. - Managing and optimizing processes within Athenahealth/AthenaIDX, including claims, adjustments, denials, demographics, and reporting. - Monitoring key RCM metrics such as AR days, denial rates, and clean claim rates to drive continuous improvement. - Collaborating with clinical, coding, and credentialing teams to resolve discrepancies and reduce denials. - Implementing process improvements and automation to enhance RCM efficiency. - Generating regular reports and dashboards for leadership on financial and operational performance. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management within the US healthcare ecosystem, preferably in primary care, wound care, or multi-specialty settings. - Deep operational knowledge of Athenahealth/AthenaIDX platform with proficiency in claims submission, AR workflow, denial resolution, reporting, and system administration. - Proven experience managing remote teams aligned to US shifts; comfortable working from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST. - Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to train staff and drive performance. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience supporting wound care billing or similar specialties such as primary care or mental health.
