Revenue Assurance Specialist

As a Seller Disputes (Level-2) professional at Swift located in Dehradun, you will be an integral part of the Finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to audit and reconcile revenue and costs within the fulfillment vertical of the business. This role plays a crucial part in managing Swift's fulfillment Profit and Loss (PnL), cash flow, and expense management. Your daily tasks will involve developing systems and generating reports to actively monitor leakages within the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to establish efficient financial decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing client invoicing and disputes from initiation to resolution. You will actively engage in receivable management by making appropriate calls and sending follow-up emails promptly. Publishing daily reports on receivables and dispute progress will be essential to streamline revenue realization. Moreover, you will manage data requirements for multiple audits, corporate finance, and MIS reporting. Ensuring adherence to client and internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) as well as meeting timelines for all requirements will be crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you must possess expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, excellent attention to detail, and a focus on delivering results while meeting SLA-based targets. Basic knowledge of the Logistic/Supply Chain domain is required, along with strong written and communication skills and a solid business acumen. The ability to multitask and handle various requirements simultaneously is essential. A curious mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to continuously learn, understand, and grow will be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-4 years of experience in Seller Disputes, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
