Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled image retoucher to enhance our jewellery and fashion photography and maintain a consistent brand identity. The ideal candidate should have expertise in product, jewellery, and model image retouching.

Key Responsibilities:

-High-End Retouching:

• Retouch jewellery, product, and model images for e-commerce, social media, and advertising
• Ensure images maintain a natural yet polished look with realistic textures, reflections, and lighting and adjust color tones to match brand aesthetics

-Collaboration & Workflow:

• Work closely with photographers and creative teams to execute projects
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the jewellery, fashion, or luxury industry.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Capture One
• Strong understanding of photo retouching techniques for jewellery, products, and model images
• Proficiency in typography, grid layouts, and composition for print and digital designs
• Knowledge of color correction, shadow creation, and image manipulation
• A keen eye for detail and composition
• Strong design sense, with an understanding of luxury branding and aesthetics
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
