Job Description

You will be joining the CFT team to manage Retirals Trusts investments, financials, and related functions of MSIL Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, and Superannuation Fund Trusts. Your role will involve a good understanding of financial markets, credit risk, liquidity risk, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for retiral trust & for MSIL. - Formulate and implement strategies for equity and debt investments in G-sec, SDLs, corporate bonds, and mutual funds. - Analyze and propose investment proposals for perusal to senior management, ensuring compliance with EPFO and other regulatory requirements. - Deal with various brokers/market participants for the purchase/sale of securities. - Post-investment monitoring of credit quality analysis of the investment portfolio and related sectors. - Explore alternate investment opportunities to optimize returns. - Manage ALM for retiral fund investments. - Coordinate with various market participants to stay updated on financial market developments. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in managing investments, financials, and related functions. - Knowledge of financial markets, credit risk, and liquidity risk. - Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Power Automate. - Willingness to take up challenging assignments as required.
