Job Description

As a Retention Marketer at Mesmerize India, your role is crucial in building a strong and loyal community of repeat customers. Your primary focus will be on creating and executing retention strategies to boost repeat purchases and deepen emotional connections with the brand. Your work will directly impact customer lifetime value, brand trust, and long-term growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Retention Strategy Development:** Craft and implement end-to-end retention marketing strategies to enhance customer lifetime value (CLV). - **Remarketing Campaigns:** Design and execute targeted email, SMS, and retargeting campaigns to re-engage existing and lapsed customers. - **Community Building:** Establish a high-value consumer community through personalized communication, loyalty programs, and surprise & delight initiatives. - **Customer Experience & Support:** Proactively handle and resolve queries from repeat and high-value customers to ensure a seamless and delightful experience. - **Lifecycle Marketing:** Develop automated flows tailored to different customer segments such as welcome, post-purchase, and win-back sequences. - **Data-Driven Optimization:** Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through A/B tests to enhance email/SMS engagement and conversions. - **Improve Internal Systems:** Identify gaps in the customer journey and recommend system/process improvements to enhance overall retention efforts. **Qualifications Required:** - 13 years of experience in retention or CRM marketing, preferably in a D2C or consumer brand. - Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, retention metrics, and remarketing strategies. - Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, EasyEcom, Shopify, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Empathetic and consumer-obsessed mentality, with a passion for creating delightful brand moments. - Bonus points for having a passion for jewelry, spirituality, or wellness.
