Retention & Growth Marketing Specialist

Role Overview: As a Retention & Growth Marketing Specialist at Yulu, your primary focus will be on enhancing customer retention and reactivation through smart engagement strategies. You will play a key role in designing and implementing full-funnel user journeys, managing telesales activities, collaborating with Product teams, and executing performance marketing campaigns. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will be crucial in driving impactful retention and growth initiatives for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute multi-touch CRM campaigns to improve user retention, reduce churn, and drive winbacks through reengagement. - Segment users based on behavioral insights obtained from data analysis and on-ground observations. - Plan and implement campaigns to achieve success metrics by continuously testing and optimizing various campaign elements. - Define campaign outcomes, create dashboards and reports for tracking, and collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies. - Work closely with Data and Product teams to develop triggers, dashboards, and user insights. - Explore new tools to enhance customer reach and engagement efficiency. - Understand and orchestrate data structures across different platforms used by Yulu to generate comprehensive reports. - Communicate requirements to the data team for complex tasks and provide clear specifications for campaign triggers and measurement accuracy. - Utilize SQL, Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, and other tools to analyze user-level data and channel performance. - Combine multiple data streams to derive actionable insights and stories for campaign optimization. - Implement tools for data connections and campaign automation to enhance operational efficiency. - Manage a dedicated telecalling team for acquisition and retention activities. - Define calling strategies, scripts, and conversion tracking metrics. - Design surveys, scripts, and incentive structures to enhance user engagement and refine marketing strategies. - Collaborate with Product and Ops teams to facilitate the rollout of new features to the appropriate user segments. - Plan and execute targeted campaigns for feature awareness and adoption. - Develop Go-To-Market plans for new feature introductions and gather user feedback for strategy refinement. - Run or support basic performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google for user acquisition and re-engagement. - Monitor channel effectiveness and conversion rates in collaboration with the growth team. - Understand the workings of platforms like Meta and Google App Campaigns to complement paid performance with organic and CRM channels. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MoEngage or similar Customer Engagement Platforms (CEPs) like WebEngage, CleverTap, etc., with experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and build hypotheses. - Hands-on experience with advanced Excel/Sheets, basic SQL, GA4, and attribution platforms. - Familiarity with workflow automation and report generation using APIs, Webhooks, etc. - Enthusiasm for automating tasks to scale campaigns efficiently and effectively. - Ability to collaborate across different teams and agencies to drive successful marketing initiatives. - Willingness to experiment, adapt quickly, and take ownership of campaign execution. Nice to Have: - Proficiency in SQL or data querying. - Experience with tools like MMP, GA4, BigQuery, Google Script, and Metabase. - Previous experience in managing telecalling or inside sales teams would be advantageous.,
