We manufacture and sell Ayurvedic medicines and offer services such as private labeling, loan licensing, and third-party manufacturing. One of our flagship products, Madhavprash, is an Ayurvedic formulation known for enhancing heart health with its high antioxidant content and exceptional Vitamin C levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage WhatsApp, email, and SMS campaigns for repeat orders
• Define customer segments and lifecycle flows
• Coordinate with telecalling agency: script design, performance analysis
• Track LTV, churn, repeat order % and optimize accordingly

Ideal Candidate

• CRM tool experience (e.g. Klaviyo, Interakt, WebEngage)
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and retention levers

Experience

3+ years in CRM, email/SMS marketing, or retention roles
