Course Enrollment Executive

Title : Course Enrollment Executive 

Location: Thane Headquarters, Madhavbaug (Teen Hath Naka)

Job Type: Full-time (10 AM – 7 PM, Sunday Off)

Probation: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Calling Activities:

1. Scheduling webinars as per calendar.

2. Ensuring timely execution of campaign activities.

3. Assuring proper WhatsApp message delivery to leads.

Calling & Post-Calling Activities:

4. Call prospective leads and invite them to join webinars.

5. Conduct post-webinar follow-up calls for conversion and closing.

6. Manage onboarding sessions to ensure 100% payment recovery.

7. Assign course access and provide guidance for smooth course completion.

 Qualification & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in any field.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales / telesales / telecalling.

* Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

 Salary & Benefits
