Min. Years of work experience: 3+ years
Preferred Industry: Retail, BFSI or Telecom
Educational Qualification: Full time Graduate in any stream, a full time MBA/MMS in HR from a Govt. recognised university/institute or PGDM/PGDBA in HR from a renowned management institute recognised by Government of India will be an added advantage. Preferably: Diploma in areas of L&D institutes like ATD, ISTD

Description: Retail Trainer is in-charge of developing & delivering learning interventions as per the objectives and outcomes expected at Retail level by cultivating a learning environment that promotes to scale up individuals on knowledge level, skill sets and conducive behaviour. Overall play a role of change maker through execution of L&D strategies.
Job Description:
Facilitate and Support Head-Talent Development in conducting Training Needs Identification using different methodologies.
Work Closely with business and employees to gain knowledge of work situations and Challenges.
Develop Retail Training calendar based on the training needs identified and deliver training programs as per the calendar.
Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the business especially the Retail function.
Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops along with content.
To Facilitate IDP plan for identified employees.
Prepare MIS based inputs to the Head- Talent Development for people development initiatives at Retail level
Liaison with external training partners for execution of Training interventions
Ensure the Learning Management System operates smoothly and ensure achieve maximum accession rate and certifications for all eLearning module uploaded as per training calendar.
