Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Trainer located in Kolkata. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs, conducting product demonstrations, providing coaching to team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Trainer will also develop training materials, track training effectiveness, and work closely with management to improve staff knowledge and skills.

• Experience in retail or technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in a related field
