Retail Stores Manager

As a Store Manager at Swarovski located in Mantri Mall, Bengaluru, your role involves clear understanding of the management's expectations for the store. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing business strategies to increase footfall, raise revenue, and achieve targets. - Maintaining high morale within the team and a proactive attitude towards challenges. - Ensuring team compliance with all SOPs and brand policies. - Sending all reports accurately and on time to Senior Management. - Reporting problems to the Operations Manager promptly along with proposed solutions. - Reporting any snags in the store to relevant departments for effective resolution. - Following up with departments to ensure timely resolution of snags. - Identifying customer needs and providing feedback to the merchandising team. - Ensuring best sellers are always in stock and replenished promptly. - Displaying inventory within Visual Merchandising standards and maintaining cleanliness. - Staying updated on mall and store activities to ensure store participation in relevant events. - Developing strategies for training and improving the store team. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer experience. - Conducting daily briefings with the team, assigning individual targets and deliverables. - Addressing staff issues and fostering trust within the team. Qualifications: - Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager for 5+ years. - Customer management and interpersonal skills. - Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills. - High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong people skills.
