About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Executive to join our dynamic team! You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with locating products and completing purchases.
• Sales & Merchandising:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
• Assist in product displays and ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock adjustments.
• Store Operations:
• Open and close the store following established procedures.
• Handle cash drawer and ensure proper handling of cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks to keep the store presentable.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment (preferred)
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in operating a POS system
• Experience with inventory management a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Reliable and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
