Job Title: Store Manager / Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity
Ensure high standards of customer service and store hygiene
Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and shrinkage control
Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, and compliance norms
Eligibility:
Experience in retail / FMCG / supermarket operations
Strong team handling and customer management skills
Willingness to work in shifts
Freshers with strong aptitude can be considered for Supervisor roles
