Our core mission is to provide quality products at affordable prices for our Indian customers. To expand our offerings, we have introduced two additional brands within our group - Freehand for womenswear and Hardsoda for plus-size clothing. We are currently looking for a Store Manager & Customer Sales Representative to join our team at The Indian Garage Company located in New Airport Road Chikajalla, Bengaluru. This full-time on-site role will primarily focus on managing day-to-day store operations, achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting our diverse range of fashion brands within a retail setting. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in sales, customer service, and retail sales skills. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. A good understanding of fashion trends and brands, coupled with a track record of meeting sales targets, is preferred. Basic computer and POS system skills are essential, and flexibility to work on weekends and holidays is a must. Prior experience in retail sales would be advantageous.
