Stylish Icon, a premium women’s and men’s wear retail store with bespoke tailoring services under The Stitch Lab, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Sector 62, Gurgaon location. We are seeking a confident salesperson with proven leadership skills to deliver a superior shopping experience while driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are achieved
Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory, reconcile cash, and run in-store marketing initiatives
Assign duties and coordinate schedules to maintain smooth operations
Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, sharing best practices and sales skills
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Track and manage store inventory accurately

Qualifications

3–5 years of retail and retail management experience
Proven ability to train, develop, and lead employees
Strong skills in sales, customer service, and team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
