Retail Store Manager

We seek a results-driven leader to manage all showroom operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales. This dual role requires a blend of management expertise and hands-on sales ability to meet targets and uphold the Ornate Jewels brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Service: Greet customers, provide personalized service, and use in-depth gold and diamond jewellery knowledge to guide purchases and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Store Operations: Lead and motivate the showroom team, maintain brand standards for cleanliness and appearance, manage stock/inventory, and ensure security protocol compliance.
• Administration: Accurately handle billing, cash transactions, daily sales reporting, and coordinate with accounts/purchase for stock management and making charges.
• Marketing: Organize local promotions and collaborate with the marketing team to increase footfall.
• Customer Relations: Promptly and professionally resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Retail management/sales certification a plus).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
