Retail Store Manager (JOCKEY STORE)

As a Store Manager at our company, you will be responsible for achieving monthly/annual sales targets, handling entire store operations, and converting high-value customer queries into sales. You will play a lead role, provide guidance to the team, and maintain a customer-centric approach. Your focus should be on making the store profitable and cutting down costs while preparing an appropriate merchandise mix for the store based on customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly/annual sales targets - Handle entire store operations efficiently - Convert high-value customer queries into sales - Provide guidance and motivation to the team - Prepare an appropriate merchandise mix - Focus on making the store profitable and cutting down costs - Be flexible in time and work as per requirements Qualifications Required: - Preference to candidates with extensive experience in working with clothing brands - Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication skills - Minimum 2 years of experience in store management - Ability to work 11 hours per day - Should be efficient in store operations - Should be good at motivating and retaining store personnel Please note that our company has almost 25 retail Jockey stores in Nashik, Maharashtra.
