Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Retail Store Executive – Women’s Apparel to elevate customer experience at our Sector-58, Noida boutique. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, excels in client handling, styling, and achieves upselling success within a creative retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Styling

Greet and assist walk-ins with personalized style recommendations across our fusion, workwear, and bridal collections.

• Upselling & Sales Conversion

Promote complementary products—accessories, mix-and-match sets—to enhance basket value and sales performance.

• Visual Merchandising & Display Maintenance

Ensure floor displays reflect seasonal collections, brand aesthetics, and are visually compelling.

• POS Handling & Inventory Support

Process billing accurately, assist with stock replenishment, and conduct periodic inventory checks.

• Achieve Sales Targets

Meet personal and store KPIs through focused conversion strategies and customer follow-up. Provide feedback to merchandising teams based on customer insights.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in retail sales within women’s apparel, preferably fusion or bridal categories.
• Very good English communication and styling capabilities.
• Strong upselling skills and a customer-first approach.
• Able to maintain product knowledge across collections and recommend tailored looks.
• POS and stock management familiarity; organized with attention to detail.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and festive seasons.
