Retail Store Executive

As a Retail Customer Support Executive at a healthcare brand located in Aurangabad, your primary responsibility will be to greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. You will play a crucial role in providing detailed information about products, including specifications, pricing, and benefits to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing inventory levels to ensure stock availability and keeping the sales floor well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. You will also be responsible for executing in-store events, promotional materials, and effectively communicating promotional offers to customers. Collecting and managing customer feedback to improve service quality will be an integral part of your role. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of up to Rs 25,000.
