Responsibilities

  • Actively approach and engage customers to drive immediate sales.
  • Employ urgency and scarcity tactics to convert hesitation into action.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to elevate average transaction value.
  • Accurately process all transactions and manage returns/exchanges.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation and promotional display readiness.
  • Resolve customer objections promptly, aiming to secure the sale.
  • Work with team members to sharpen and share high-impact sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (marketing/business degree preferred).
  • Proven retail or sales experience with measurable success.
  • POS system proficiency, strong communication skills, sales-driven mindset.

Preferred Extras

  • Experience in fast-moving retail segments.
  • Familiarity with upselling/cross-selling techniques.
