Retail Salesperson

As a Retail salesperson at Parekh Chandrajagat & Sons, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry to suit their needs. Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting customers warmly and engaging them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Providing expert knowledge and guidance on our jewelry collections, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship.
• Assisting customers in selecting jewelry pieces that meet their preferences, budget, and occasion.
• Conducting sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment, including arranging displays and restocking merchandise.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Staying informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to serve our customers better.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Knowledge of different types of jewelry, including gold, and silver.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
