Retail Sales - Tile Adhesive

You will be responsible for managing the retail sales in the designated territory, with Indore as the base location covering the entire Madhya Pradesh region. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail sales, particularly in Tile Adhesive/Construction Chemicals, you will play a crucial role in handling the district/state territory. Your duties will include managing the existing distributors, as well as appointing new distributors and dealers to expand the product reach in the assigned territory. Daily activities will involve conducting meetings with retailers, contractors, and architects to increase product awareness and promote sales. As part of your role, you will be expected to conduct market analysis to understand competitor products, schemes, and various product types available in the market. By achieving the set targets and following key performance indicators (KPIs), you will contribute to the overall sales growth. Furthermore, you will lead and mentor the state/regional sales teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and meet the desired objectives.
