Role Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at the Rolex Boutique in Lulu Mall, Kochi. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone with a flair for luxury retail and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on luxury timepieces
• Assist in achieving sales targets through exceptional service and upselling techniques
• Ensure the boutique is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end brands
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment
• Professional attitude with attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
