Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Customer Engagement Assist customers in selecting furniture, home décor, and furnishing products based on their needs. Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets . 2. Store Operations & Merchandising Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing . Assist in stock management , product display, and maintaining inventory levels. Keep track of fast-moving items and suggest stock replenishment. 3. Order Processing & Billing Manage customer transactions, invoicing, and payment processing . Coordinate with the backend team for order fulfillment and deliveries. Ensure proper documentation of sales and maintain accurate records. 4. Product Knowledge & Upselling Stay updated with product features, trends, and latest collections . Suggest cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. 5. Customer Experience & Feedback Offer personalized shopping experiences to customers. Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve service quality. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store. Key Qualifications & Skills: Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Bachelor's degree in any field. Experience: 1-4 years in retail sales , preferably in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle brands. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented with a passion for sales. Ability to handle sales transactions and billing efficiently. Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and basic computer skills . A go-getter attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
