Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for a Retail Sales Manager. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and implementing sales strategies. The role also involves training and supervising sales associates to enhance customer experience.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in inventory management and store operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
