Hi Life Wellness is a fast-growing premium wellness & personal care brand, offering organic sanitary pads, intimate hygiene essentials, nutraceuticals, and luxury wellness products. We are now expanding our retail presence and looking for a dynamic, smart, and result-oriented professional to join us as a Retail Sales Manager.

Role Highlights:

✨ Drive retail sales across premium pharmacy outlets & modern trade

✨ Build and nurture strong customer & distributor relationships

✨ Execute brand visibility strategies at retail level

✨ Lead a small team and ensure training on product knowledge & customer engagement

✨ Achieve sales targets while maintaining Hi Life’s brand values of luxury, organic & wellness-first

We’re Looking For:

💎 A confident, ambitious, and self-motivated professional

💎 Minimum 5-10 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG / Wellness / Luxury categories preferred)

💎 Excellent communication and people skills

💎 Passion for wellness, women’s health, and premium lifestyle products

📍 Location: Delhi
