As the Sales Head (B2B) in the Food Industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement retail strategies that align with the company's objectives. You will need to monitor and analyze sales performance to exceed targets, conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry, and effectively manage the budget while allocating resources to improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with company objectives - Monitor and analyze sales performance to exceed targets - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Manage budget and allocate resources for improved efficiency Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree - Experience: Minimum of 10 years in retail sales - Skills: Strategic sales planning, Business Expansion, Sales Strategy, Market Expansion, Strategic Business Planning Please note that proficiency in English and Hindi is required for this role. Additionally, the ability to commute/relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, before starting work is necessary. The work location is in person, and the preferred shift availability is Day Shift.
