Job Description

💼 Key Responsibilities Attend and assist walk-in retail & wholesale customers with saree selections. Conduct video call shopping sessions for outstation customers. Share new product photos, videos, and offers daily on WhatsApp with clients. Manage and maintain showroom display and stock with proper saree folding and tagging. Ensure smooth billing and packaging process. Follow up with regular customers to build long-term relationships. Support the team during new arrivals, sales events, and dispatch days. 🧠 Skills & Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in saree or textile retail sales. Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English. Confident using WhatsApp, video calls, and smartphone tools for client communication. Friendly, active, and customer-focused attitude. Must maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional appearance in the showroom.
