Job Description

You will be responsible for greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner. Providing accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services will be essential. You should be able to answer customer inquiries about specific products and services and conduct price and feature comparisons to help them make informed purchasing decisions. Cross-selling products to increase sales and ensuring that racks are fully stocked are also part of your duties. Managing merchandise returns and collaborating with the Retail Sales Representatives team to deliver outstanding customer service, especially during peak times, will be important. You will need to inform customers about discounts and special offers to enhance their shopping experience. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in retail sales. Retail sales experience is preferred for this role.,
