The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong understanding of retail sales processes, and the ability to drive sales and exceed targets. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering a seamless shopping experience to customers. Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and ascertain their needs and preferences. Demonstrate and explain products, and assist customers in making purchase decisions. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and well-stocked. Process transactions accurately and handle POS systems. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the store manager. Assist in receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic computer literacy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales in furnishing, furniture or interior products. Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
