Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Team Members for our Consumer Electronics section. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating electronic products, closing sales, and maintaining high store standards. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting consumer electronic products (mobiles, TVs, laptops, appliances, accessories). Demonstrate features, compare product options, and clearly explain their benefits. Achieve personal and store-level sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell accessories, warranties, and add-ons. Ensure attractive merchandising and stock availability on shelves. Process billing, handle returns/exchanges, and manage POS systems. Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales guidance. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for electronics and technology. Proven sales ability and customer service orientation. Confidence in product demonstrations. Basic computer and billing knowledge. Team-oriented, energetic, and target-driven. Qualification & Experience Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (electronics/appliances sector preferred).
