Retail Sales Executive

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at the store. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers in a polite and friendly manner, elucidating product details, offers, and promotions, and meeting sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. It will be part of your duty to ensure the maintenance of product display, cleanliness, and appropriate stock levels, as well as to gather customer feedback and address any queries or concerns they may have. Regular reporting of daily sales and updates to the Store Manager will also be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you will need to possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, a sales-oriented mindset, and basic computer knowledge. The ability to engage with customers effectively, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions will be essential for success in this role.
