Job Description

Suncity, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time, On-site Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales Salary Range: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + incentives Key Responsibilities * Greet walk-in customers and guide them through the product range (sofas, beds, recliners, etc.) * Understand customer preferences, layout, and budget to recommend suitable options. * Present customization options (fabric, color, modular configuration, etc.) confidently. * Prepare and explain quotations, payment terms, and delivery timelines. * Coordinate with the telesales and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow. * Follow up on inquiries generated via social media, calls, or ads. * Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets. * Maintain the showroom’s display standards and product knowledge. Requirements * 1–3 years of experience in furniture (preferred) or retail sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. * Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
