Retail Sales Associate

Role Overview: As a Solution Specialist- Retail at our company, your role involves expanding the merchant network, engaging with merchants, being a process guardian, crafting solutions, prospecting, closing deals, and staying aware of market trends. You will report into the City Head and work as an Individual Contributor. Key Responsibilities: - Expand Merchant Network: Acquire quality merchants to grow our ecosystem. - Merchant Engagement: Visit merchants door-to-door to understand their needs and build relationships. - Process Guardian: Follow processes for acquiring, onboarding merchants, and ensuring compliance. - Solution Crafting: Use product knowledge to create practical solutions for merchants. - Prospecting and Closing Deals: Identify potential merchants, follow up, and close deals. - Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competition. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in frontline sales roles. - Experience in Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, IT, SAAS products, E-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom. - Prior experience in POS Sales, Solution Selling, EMI Deals, Working Capital Loans is desirable. - Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate MBA in Marketing, Masters (Engineering/Commerce/Science), BE/Btech.
