Job Title: Retail Sales Associate Department: Retail / Sales Location: Imagicaa Theme Park, Khopoli   Job Summary: The Retail Sales Associate at Imagicaa, Khopoli is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving daily sales targets, and maintaining attractive product displays. The role ensures guests have a pleasant shopping experience within the park’s retail outlets.   Key Responsibilities: ·       Greet and assist customers visiting retail stores inside Imagicaa. ·       Explain product features, offers, and promotions to customers. ·       Meet assigned sales targets and support overall store performance. ·       Handle billing, cash, and card transactions through POS systems. ·       Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and stock replenishment. ·       Assist in stock verification, receiving, and merchandising activities. ·       Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally. ·       Ensure compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and punctuality. ·       Required Skills & Qualifications: ·       Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream). ·       Experience: 0–2 years in retail or customer service preferred. ·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·       Basic computer and billing knowledge. ·       Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality. ·       Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.   Key Competencies: ·       Customer Service ·       Product Knowledge ·       Teamwork ·       Sales Focus ·       Time Management ·       Professional Conduct   Salary: As per industry standards   Work Location: Imagicaa Theme Park, Khopoli, Maharashtra
