Role Overview: As a Sales Associate at Lenskart, your main responsibility will be to provide an exceptional customer experience in the stores by delivering high standards of selling services. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the revenue generated by the store. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Net Promoter Score by focusing on customer satisfaction - Greet and welcome walk-in customers, direct them to the clinic for a free eye check-up - Participate in stocktakes, maintain sales floor standards, and perform day-to-day tasks to enhance the shopping experience for customers - Understand the POS system to ensure efficient processing of transactions - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns they may have - Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs - Achieve sales targets, eye-test conversions, and returns as per the plan and standard operating procedures - Coordinate with customers for product pick-up post-sale and resolve any return-related issues - Maintain the store according to Lenskart standards, clean frames and equipment regularly, and ensure stock security - Possess personal attributes such as the ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, communicate effectively, adapt to changes, take ownership of tasks, and prioritize activities efficiently Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of 12th pass; graduates are preferred - Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships with customers - Clear communication and active listening skills - Adaptability to changing environments and willingness to learn - Proactive approach towards task ownership, result-orientation, and customer satisfaction - Strong multitasking skills and organizational abilities based on priority levels,
