Assist with ordering and receiving goods from suppliers. 5. After-Sales Support: Handle basic troubleshooting, product exchanges, and warranty claims. Coordinate with the technical/service team for customer issues. 6. Store Maintenance: Ensure products are displayed neatly and price tags are updated. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area. 7. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email professionally. 8. Reporting: Prepare daily sales and stock reports. Provide feedback on fast-moving and slow-moving items.
