Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Royal Bakery products to retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking out new sales opportunities.
• Handle product displays and ensure proper presentation at customer outlets.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales team.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of bakery products.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and payments.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, well-mannered, and confident in dealing with customers.
• Sharp-minded with the ability to think quickly and solve customer concerns effectively.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion.
• Experience in FMCG or bakery sales will be an added advantage.
• Must be punctual, honest, and hardworking.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
• Prior experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of local geography and customer behavior.
