Job Responsibilities: Promote and sell Royal Bakery products to retailers, distributors, and direct customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking out new sales opportunities. Handle product displays and ensure proper presentation at customer outlets. Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the management. Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales team. Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of bakery products. Maintain accurate records of sales and payments. Key Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Polite, well-mannered, and confident in dealing with customers. Sharp-minded with the ability to think quickly and solve customer concerns effectively. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion. Experience in FMCG or bakery sales will be an added advantage. Must be punctual, honest, and hardworking. Qualifications: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
