Sales Executive – Showroom & Telecalling

Job Role:

We are looking for a smart and energetic Sales Executive to handle showroom walk-in customers and telecalling activities. The candidate should be confident in explaining kitchen and food processing machines, generating sales leads, and maintaining strong customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Attend and guide showroom visitors with detailed product information.

· Handle customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.

· Prepare quotations, handle billing, and maintain sales records.

· Coordinate with service and dispatch teams.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and grow repeat business.

Candidate Profile:

· Minimum 3 years experience in sales of food processing or kitchen equipment.

· Fluent in Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi (Tamil/English advantage).

· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp Business).

· Excellent communication and convincing skills.

· Pleasant personality and customer-friendly approach.
