As a Retail Sales Associate at our leading fashion retail store in Ernakulam, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining store aesthetics, managing inventory, and collaborating with the team. Your passion for retail sales and customer service will be key in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. - Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance. - Understand and respond to customer needs, styling preferences, and product inquiries. - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, engaging in conversation, and building rapport. - Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling. - Maintain a deep knowledge of the store's inventory, including product features, trends, sizes, and fit. - Stay updated on current fashion trends and promotions to enhance customer experience. - Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout. - Help with setting up seasonal displays and keeping the store looking fresh and inviting. - Restock, fold, and arrange merchandise to create visually appealing displays. - Track inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items. - Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise. - Keep fitting rooms clean and organized to ensure efficient flow for customers. - Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. - Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with store policies. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area. - Work collaboratively with fellow associates and management to meet daily goals. - Participate in store meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of fashion trends and styling - Prior retail experience is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent If you are passionate about retail sales, customer service, and creating a positive shopping experience, we welcome you to join our team.
