Retail Sales Assistant

As a Retail Sales Associate at AM PM 365, you will be an integral part of our modern, customer-centric retail store that offers premium products and ensures a seamless shopping experience 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are seeking dedicated and experienced sales professionals who possess a deep understanding of retail dynamics and are committed to providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, effectively promoting products to drive sales, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, meeting individual and team sales targets, handling POS transactions efficiently, assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management, as well as delivering excellent after-sales support and customer service. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of proven experience in a retail sales position, preferably within a premium store. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a customer-first mindset and a high level of responsibility. Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management is required, and you must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
