Retail Sales Assistant

As a Retail Sales Associate, your role involves greeting customers and assisting them with product selection. You will be responsible for providing accurate information on products, prices, and promotions. Additionally, you will maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and organized. Processing transactions using POS systems, handling customer queries, and resolving complaints professionally are also part of your key responsibilities. Supporting inventory checks, stock audits, maintaining cleanliness, safety standards in the store, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets are essential aspects of this role.
