As a Life Insurance Sales Executive / Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial security for individuals and families by providing suitable life insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating leads through various channels such as cold calls, referrals, networking, and field visits. - Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate life insurance policies. - Clearly explaining product features, benefits, and terms to clients. - Meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company. - Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships while providing post-sales support. - Keeping abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and target-driven attitude. - Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships. - Basic knowledge of financial planning and insurance products (preferred). Qualifications required: - Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. - 3 years of experience in sales (Insurance/Banking/Financial Services preferred). Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. - Age between 21-40 years.
