Inventory Control Specialist (Receiving & Inventory) - ERP/Tally Expert

As a Receiving Specialist / Goods Receiving Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our supply chain by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of all incoming goods. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving, inspecting, and verifying all incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices to maintain accuracy in quantity, product specifications, and condition. - Generating Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials with precision to ensure proper documentation. - Identifying and recording any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly and following established procedures. - Updating inventory management systems to reflect received goods and their assigned storage locations. - Organizing and maintaining the receiving and stockroom areas according to company standards and safety protocols. - Safely and efficiently operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred). - Assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation when required. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receiving, warehouse, or inventory control role, with a significant focus on GRN processes. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate comparisons and data entry. - Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications like MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. - Capability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. - Forklift certification is preferred or should be obtained within a specified timeframe. - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. This role is available as Full-time, Part-time, or Contractual / Temporary with an expected workload of no more than 30 hours per week. The work location is in person.,
