Retail Project Manager - Fitouts and Maintenance

New Delhi (Saket / Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate)

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee all phases of new store development projects from initial design to final launch
• Coordinate with teams such as architect, contractor, furniture manufacturers and other suppliers
• Monitor construction progress and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays
• Oversee installation of fixtures, fittings, lighting and IT equipment
• Maintain accurate project records, check expenditures and prepare regular status updates
• Oversee maintenance of all retail stores and ensure timely resolutions of issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Retail Management, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in retail projects, retail fit-outs and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of retail projects, store layout design, and construction processes
• Willingness to travel frequently to retail locations, including travel to other metro cities

Please Note:

Candidate should be based in Delhi/NCR but will be required to travel to other metro cities as required.
