Budgeted Salary Range:

INR 35,000 - 45,000 per month based on experience

Office Location:

Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi or Saket, New Delhi

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and manage the recruitment process for a variety of roles in retail and e-commerce
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to evaluate suitable candidates for in-person interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Follow up with selected candidates and complete required background checks and provide offer letters
• Conduct orientations for new employees and ensure all required documentations are signed and collected
• Handle all other HR responsibilities including grievances, attendance, payroll and other administrative tasks

Required Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 6 years of working experience in Human Resources and Recruitment (Preferably in Retail, E-commerce or similar industry)
• Prior experience in shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews
• Strong understanding of HR rules and policies
• Minimum Bachelors Degree from a well reputed university
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
