Role Details: Will be responsible for leading the expansion of Cultfit group projects and managing a team of 7 - 10 across India. Will be working closely with design and project leads to manage the Cult Fitness services business vertical. Coordinate internally and externally with various stakeholders, Landlord, Real estate, Design, Business Ops, etc ) to build and manage new Centre & store openings. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of retail construction and design, budget management, and leadership in coordinating multi disciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of retail spaces. Core Skills: 1. Project Planning & Coordination: Lead the entire fit-out project lifecycle, from initial concept to final handover. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for Expansion / Business teams, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, changes, and issues.
