Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Merchandiser located in Gurugram. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies, ensuring store displays are attractive and maintained, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with sales associates. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data to anticipate customer needs and trends, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Retail and Sales expertise
• Understanding of Sales & Marketing principles
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and inventory management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
